Yorkville University is a private university that was established in 2003 and is located in New Brunswick, Canada. In the fall of 2004, Yorkville University admitted its first students for the programs it was offering out of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which at the time was its sole location. YU occupies a large portion  of land which consists of two campuses located in  Vancouver and Toronto.

YU offers 5 undergraduate-level programs in addition to 6 graduate degrees. Scholarship Details

The Jacob Markovitz Memorial Scholarship

  • This scholarship is given to new students at Yorkville University who are beginning their first trimester of study in the Master of Teaching or Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology programs. The first year of tuition is fully covered by this scholarship, and in order to keep it, you must continue to achieve the standards set forth by the university each trimester.

University Accreditation/ Recognition

Under the New Brunswick Degree Granting Act, Yorkville University has been authorised by the Minister of Post-Secondary Education, Training, and Labor to provide its Master of Education in Educational Leadership program.

Programs specific accreditation are given below:

  • Bachelor of Interior Design is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA)
