Scholarship Details
International Achievement Award (IAA): First Year
The First-Year International Achievement Award (IAA) is a four-year merit scholarship for students with strong academic performance, evaluated based on admission application materials such as essays, transcripts, GPA, and English proficiency, with no separate application required. Recipients are notified via email post-admission and receive annual tuition waivers for up to four years, provided they maintain a 3.0 GPA. Available only to applicants using Western’s admission portal, the scholarship excludes study abroad or non-state-supported programs. Conditional admits may qualify after completing the Intensive English Program (IEP).
