Scholarship Detail
University of North Florida (UNF) offers various scholarship schemes to foreign students to compensate for the fee of tuition fees and enhance academic achievement. Among the leading scholarships is the International Student Admissions (ISA) Scholarship, which provides up to $12,000 a year in out-of-state tuition exemptions for first-time admitted F-1 or J-1 students, subject to overall eligibility and university choice. Current international students are also eligible for the Non-Florida Tuition Waiver, which offers partial or complete out-of-state tuition waivers on a merit basis. Latin American and Caribbean students can benefit from the LAC Scholarship, which reclassifies recipients as Florida residents for tuition purposes and has a minimum award of $500 per term. Also, the Dr. Mauricio Gonzalez International Student Scholarship provides $2,000 to students with a minimum of one semester of enrollment at UNF and a GPA of 3.0 or better.
