Scholarship Details

International Outreach Scholarships

The University of Cincinnati offers the International Outreach Award to support international undergraduate students. For those studying on the Uptown (Main) Campus, the award ranges from $5,000 to $15,000 per year, while students at regional campuses (UC Blue Ash or UC Clermont) receive between $2,000 and $4,000 annually. Eligibility is automatically assessed based on admission application materials, with no separate application required. Recipients are notified of their award shortly after admission. These scholarships are applied exclusively to the non-resident surcharge portion of tuition and are renewable for up to eight semesters, provided students maintain the required academic standards. 

University Accreditation/ Recognition

The University of Cincinnati (UC) and its campuses in the region are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and designated as an Ohio Public Institution, with all programs approved by the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE). Also, certain colleges possess specialized accreditations like AACSB for Carl H. Lindner College of Business, ABET for Engineering and Applied Science programs, ACS for Chemistry programs, and NASAD for College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, ensuring superior academic quality in various domains.
