Texas A&M University–Texarkana (TAMUT) is a public University, established in 1971 and part of the Texas A&M University System since 1996, is located in Texarkana, Texas, on a 375-acre campus near Bringle Lake Park. The university offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs through its colleges of Arts, Sciences, and Education, and Business, Engineering, and Technology.
