Seattle University automatically reviews first-year, transfer, undocumented, and international applicants for merit-based scholarships when they submit their admissions application. These scholarships, which are awarded based on academic achievement rather than financial need, start at $8,000 annually.

Seattle University holds institutional accreditation from the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, which ensures that it meets high standards of education and administration.
