Hawaiʻi Pacific University is a private, nonprofit university founded in 1965. Scholarship Details
Hawaiʻi Pacific University (HPU) offers numerous scholarships to international undergraduate students. All admitted international students are automatically eligible for academic merit scholarships, which can cover up to 50% of tuition according to academic performance. Incoming new international students on an F-1 visa are also eligible for a 50% tuition waiver in the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship with an essay or video application of leadership. HPU also offers talent-based awards in music, debate, e-sports, and journalism, and athletic awards through its NCAA Division II sports, awarded at the coaches' discretion. Transfer students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa may also qualify for additional monetary awards. The majority of scholarships are automatically awarded, but a few require separate applications.
