Scholarship Details
PRESIDENT’S INTERNATIONAL FRESHMAN STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP - $6,000
$6,000 awarded annually and renewable for up to four years for qualified freshman students on F-1 or J-1 visa. Eligibility requirements include: 3.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 U.S. grading scale, SAT or ACT scores, and proof of English proficiency. Please upload a personal essay with your application.
University Accreditation/ Recognition
The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) has recognized Florida Atlantic University (FAU) to grant associate, bachelor, master's, specialty, and doctorate degrees as of my most recent update in January 2022. The Southern states of the United States' degree-granting higher education institutions are accredited by SACSCOC, a regional authority.
The SACSCOC's accreditation certifies that FAU either satisfies or surpasses recognized benchmarks for institutional efficacy and educational excellence. Additionally, it guarantees that degrees and credits obtained at FAU will be accepted by companies and other recognized educational institutions.
