Similarly the Vocational Education and Training providers are usually smaller than the universities and offer more practical courses with job ready learning. Many Vocational Education and Training Education includes work placements as well. The Education duration for foundation courses generally lasts for 1 year and the VET education lasts for 1-4 years of duration. Similarly the Higher Education is also included in the Australian Education System where the Australian Education Providers including the private and government owned providers offer undergraduate and postgraduate studies including bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees and doctoral degrees. Many higher education providers also offer graduate diplomas or graduate certificate programs leading to a full bachelor’s qualifications. The education duration for a bachelor's degree is generally 3 years and 4 years for a Bachelor (Hons) degree and the length for a master’s degree is generally 2 years and the length for a doctoral degree is generally 3 years.
